Tracking sent to the buyer

Never a blurry print
Every size is checked at 150 ppi minimum: a size your file cannot hold is simply not offered.
File fetched from Lightroom
When an order comes in, the full-resolution file is fetched automatically from your Lightroom catalogue. It is only kept while the print is being made.
You remain the seller
The sale happens on your site, in your name, and the payment lands in your Stripe account. You set your prices.

They choose the photo, the medium, the size and the delivery country. Printing and shipping costs are calculated before payment: the price shown is the price paid.
The print is made
The file is fetched from Lightroom, checked, then sent to Prodigi, which prints at its closest lab: the Netherlands for the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States.
It is delivered, you are paid
Prodigi packs and ships, the buyer gets tracking by email. The payment goes to your Stripe account, with the commission and printing cost deducted.

No extra subscription. One commission, stated up front.
Printing costs nothing until you sell. On each sale, everything is deducted automatically from the payment, and every order is itemised in your dashboard.
MyBoook commission: 10% of the sale price
It covers order handling, file checks, sending the order to the printer, tracking and after-sales service.
Printing and shipping costs
Passed on at Prodigi's price for the delivery country, calculated before payment. If the price does not cover it, the sale is refused: never a sale at a loss.
US sales tax: a provision of 10% of the printing cost, shipments to the United States only
Prodigi's quotes do not include US sales tax; this provision covers it. It is separate from the commission and applies to no other country.
Stripe fees
Stripe's payment fees on your account, as for any sale in your shop.
Fine Art 50 × 75 sold for €189, delivered in France: commission €18.90, printing and shipping €39.90. You receive €130.20, before Stripe fees.
Fine Art 50 × 75 sold for $209, delivered in the United States: commission $20.90, printing and shipping $46.00, US sales tax $4.60. You receive $137.50, before Stripe fees.

The Netherlands for the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States. A buyer in France or California pays no customs.
Delivery times
Production takes a few working days, then Standard delivery, usually within one to two weeks in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States; longer elsewhere. Indicative times, tracking provided on dispatch.
Elsewhere in the world
Standard delivery to every country Prodigi serves. Outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the buyer, who is told so in the basket before paying.
No returns. And a damaged print never stays damaged.
Every print is made to order, to the buyer's choices (photo, medium, size, frame colour). It therefore cannot be returned or exchanged: goods made to the consumer's specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). The buyer is told so in the basket and in your terms of sale.
A print damaged in transit or defective is reprinted and sent again free of charge. The buyer reports it with a photo within 14 days of receipt; we handle the rest with the printer, at no cost to you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an extra subscription?
No. Printing is included in your MyBoook subscription. You only pay the commission and the printing cost, and only when you sell.
What resolution do I need?
At least 150 ppi at print size, for example 3,000 × 4,500 pixels for a 50 × 75 cm. Your site only offers the sizes your file can hold.
What if my photos are not in Lightroom?
Automatic retrieval works through Lightroom. Without Lightroom, write to us: the full-resolution file is then handled manually for each order.
Can I change my prices?
Yes, freely, size by size. The only limit: the price must cover the commission and the printing and shipping costs, otherwise the sale is refused.
Who is the seller?
You are. The sale is made on your site, in your name. Prodigi is the printer, MyBoook provides the tool and passes on the order. Your tax obligations on these sales remain yours.
What happens if a print arrives damaged?
It is reprinted and sent again free of charge, once reported with a photo within 14 days of receipt.
